Reports of the Commission
One of the tasks of the CTA CW is to submit periodic reports to the minister of justice.
Quarterly Report
The committee reports quarterly to the minister of justice about the progress of its work.
Inspection report
The committee makes a report after each inspection with the findings, conclusions and recommendations. In this report is processed if at that point the care for arrestees/detainees meets the stipulations and criteria, or if certain issues not yet fully meet the standards.
Complaints report
After handling a complaint the finding are included in a report. In this report the committee gives an opinion on the complaint and what are the measures proposed to remedy any wrongdoing.
Publication of reports
The various reports will be published after a certain period and where appropriate in anonymous form on the committee’s website.
