Vigilancia para el cuido de los arrestados<\/h1>\n
Las personas encarceladas por la justicia tienen en todo momento derecho a:<\/p>\n
- \n
- un alojamiento adecuado i seguro<\/li>\n
- suficiente agua potable<\/li>\n
- suficiente comida<\/li>\n
- acceso a facilidades sanitarias<\/li>\n
- asistencia jur\u00eddica<\/li>\n
- cuido medico<\/li>\n
- protecci\u00f3n contra maltrato f\u00edsico y mental<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
La comisi\u00f3n de vigilancia \u2013 CTA CW \u2013 se encarga de que se traten de manera correcta a los que est\u00e9n arrestados.<\/p>\n
Todo aquel que crea que no ha sido o no es bien tratado durante el arresto, transporte o su custodia, puede hacer una denuncia.<\/p>\n
Por esto, la comisi\u00f3n ha iniciado un procedimiento mediante el cual se investiga la denuncia. En caso que tenga base, se aconseja al Ministro de Justicia para evitar la repetici\u00f3n de un incidente similar.<\/p>\n

Toezicht Arrestantenzorg Cura\u00e7ao<\/h1>
Personen die gearresteerd zijn hebben te allen tijde recht op:<\/p>
- veilige omgeving<\/li>
- voldoende schoon drinkwater<\/li>
- voldoende te eten<\/li>
- toegang tot sanitaire voorzieningen<\/li>
- rechtsbijstand<\/li>
- medische verzorging<\/li>
- vrijwaring van lichamelijke en geestelijke mishandeling<\/li><\/ul>
Iedereen die vindt dat hij of zij bij aanhouding, vervoer of insluiting niet goed behandeld wordt (of behandeld is) kan een klacht indienen. Daartoe heeft de Commissie Monitoring & Toezicht Politiecellen een klachtenprocedure ingesteld. Zij onderzoekt de klacht en wanneer de klacht gegrond is beveelt zij de Minister van Justitie maatregelen aan om herhaling te voorkomen.<\/p>
