Reports of the Commission<\/h1>\n
One of the tasks of the CTA CW is to submit periodic reports to the minister of justice.<\/p>\n
Quarterly Report<\/h4>\n
The committee reports quarterly to the minister of justice about the progress of its work.<\/p>\n
Inspection report<\/h4>\n
The committee makes a report after each inspection with the findings, conclusions and recommendations. In this report is processed if at that point the care for arrestees\/detainees meets the stipulations and criteria, or if certain issues not yet fully meet the standards.<\/p>\n
Complaints report<\/h4>\n
After handling a complaint the finding are included in a report. In this report the committee gives an opinion on the complaint and what are the measures proposed to remedy any wrongdoing.<\/p>\n
Publication of reports<\/h3>\n
The various reports will be published after a certain period and where appropriate in anonymous form on the committee\u2019s website.<\/p>\n
